Mr Henry Chukwuka Eze is a Professional Accountant, a certified Forensic and Investigative auditor, a partner in Yusuff Omeiza & Co, (Chartered Accountants), a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN) and a Full member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He had his Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology in 2005 after a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from the same University in 1999. He attended the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in 1990. 

Having extensive work experience, he worked in the capacity of Senior Accounts Executive in Sunray News Papers in 1994 before moving to Intels (Logistics) Nigeria Limited in 1996 where he started as an Internal Auditor, a position that got him involved greatly in the re- organization of Intels Finance and Administration Department in 1997: He contributed to Intel’s Finance & Admin Department re-organization policies and Manuals; his unrelenting effort to achieve result earned him the position of Head, Payroll and Tax section of Intels in 1999.

He later rose to the position of Deputy Manager, Payroll and Tax section of the Finance Department of the company. Mr Henry Eze was trained at Eyewumi Rone & Co (chartered Accountants Lagos) as audit trainee in 1986-1988 and served as Senior Manager, Audit & Compliance Department of Yusuff Omeiza & Co (chartered Accountants Port Harcourt) 2007-2011, he has been involved in many Audit and Investigations assignments as well as Tax Planning and Management for a number of Organizations, of particular note is the pre-privatization audit of Power Holding Company of Nigeria – Port Harcourt Zonal Office where he led the audit team in 2011; he has had a number of training in relevant areas of his profession. He left Starzs Investments Company Limited as Deputy General Manager – Finance to go fully into Audit and Tax Consulting
